Poor management and bureaucracy
Good benefits (lot of days off, fitness expenses, etc.).
Decisions are made without transparency.
Horrible treatment when you have a problem with something. So much bureaucracy, so no one takes responsibility for anything.
Personally dealt with multiple payment issues (salary mistakes worth of thousands) that lasted over months without anyone seeming to care or even apologize for those mistakes.
