At this moment, I honestly cannot think of any legitimate cons to working for Salesforce. Any company will have unique challenges that will require adjustment on the part of staff, and Salesforce is no different. That isn't a con, but merely reality.
Keep doing what you're doing; it's working and will continue to work for a very long time. I'm excited to be a continued part of this amazing company.
