Great company culture (the 'Ohana' mindset is truly nice). Work with a great team, on a challenging project. Fantastic pay. Onboarding was by far and away the best I've ever seen (this is my 3rd internship). Corporate actually is involved with the rest of the company (weekly 'All Hands' calls, executive speaker talks, etc.).
Interns don't get paid holidays, which is kind of ironic since they throw on all sorts of other benefits that most don't take advantage of (health insurance, a week's worth of VTO, three sick days, a wellness allowance, etc.). But paid holidays? Oh no, that's clearly a step too far.

Step 1: Phone Interview The manager calls to give a brief description about the position and team, and wants to learn about your career goals and see how you align with Ohana principles. There will also be some basic questions as per the job require
The recruiting coordinator set up a series of 1:1 interviews with peers of the hiring manager. After that, we negotiated the offer, accepted the offer via DocuSign, and finally underwent a background check. Overall, the process was well-organized.
