The people are amazing! My teammates were always willing to help me when I was stuck, while also giving me the space to learn things on my own and grapple with problems I came across. By being there when I needed them and letting me learn on my own, I left with much more practical technical knowledge than I began with.
Sadly, no free lunch (except if there is food left over from a meeting).
