Salesforce is a friendly, inviting company that takes immense pride in making social progress. They not only vocalize their support for important issues, but they also put their dollars behind it. It was great to be part of a company that allowed all their employees to be active in supporting causes important to them. Furthermore, team mobility is incredibly encouraged, and it's super easy to find a group of people within the company to belong to.
The technology used can lag behind the industry standard. This will depend on which product team you are working on.
Keep up the great work! Salesforce's culture of openness and public activism is what has made the company great.
