I really love working for Demandware! They took over our small, little company, and I admit to being a little worried. Big corporate! But I was sooooo wrong!
The company cares so much for what they do and who they employ. Even though I am not in HQ, I don't feel like I am not a part of the team.
The transition was smooth, and we grew to be a larger part of a unified team. And it only keeps getting better!
If I have to say anything, (yes, I am forced), I would say that since HQ is far away, it's hard to go experience things there. But we get to stream everything, so we definitely do not miss out. Communication is important and appreciated!
