Aside from the generous benefits and culture of trust and equality, I am truly thankful for the opportunity to work with many incredibly talented individuals who continue to look into ways to help Salesforce innovate and transform the way customers connect with organizations. The key thing I learned coming into this environment is that the culture of trust has helped us think deep, act with integrity, and deliver our best while honoring each other as part of the Ohana. As a Solution Architect with the professional services team, I get to work with strategic organizations who use Salesforce and help steer them on a path to success through our platform by building trust and delivering success. Working with a team of gifted folks with a sense of trust and innovation has been an invaluable asset, empowering us to come into our work prepared and ready to deliver. We are also encouraged to skill up and seek professional development opportunities with our educational tuition reimbursement and a network of professional development resources, which help engender our professional development and grow ourselves. I came into Salesforce after years of being a customer and a partner of the platform and have learned so much. As an outsider, but now as an insider, it is amazing to see the level of growth and collaboration within our organization and amongst our colleagues. I am thankful for every moment of it and can't wait to see more growth.
Naturally, the circumstances of the global economy have impacted us, and there have been some challenging moments, but nothing outside of the realm of what we're all used to. Nevertheless, I desire an opportunity to see more in-person opportunities and meetings while preserving our WFH culture.
As a BIPOC person, I also desire to see more investments and growth of diverse backgrounds and mindsets, including more diversity hiring and growth.
As the world changes economically, culturally, and in terms of innovation, it is important that trust continues to be fostered, that organizations are at the forefront of innovation, and that our involvement and contributions continue to be honored with more skill-up opportunities, more collaborative opportunities, and a vision for growth. Otherwise, I truly feel that Salesforce continues to value us, and for that, I am grateful.

Very long and complex. The final part consists of a panel to be elaborated. The solution is shared with partners. Overall, it is feasible, but long. It involves three interviews with individuals of progressively higher levels.
More than 3 rounds, including HR screening: * 1 technical interview over the phone. * 1 interview with senior management over the phone. * 2 assessments and a technical presentation face-to-face.
