My manager is good and respectful.
Bodyshop - may as well be working as an independent contractor, which I am considering.
Have the courage and ethics to stop your team members from being made to clean up the mess for mis-sold services projects.
On the other hand, if you don't care, prepare to replace good team members who refuse to be treated in this way.
