Trust in employees, awesome compensations & benefits.
Rapid organizational changes take time to manifest.
I was very impressed with the interview process at Salesforce. There were four rounds, out of which three were purely technical, and the fourth was related to consulting. The entire process was very professional and time-efficient, with prompt feedba
Pretty Average. The initial two rounds of technical interviews had very decent questions. The demo round is luck; you can expect out-of-the-box questions. As expected, don't spend a huge amount of time coding, as no one is going to review it.
This is a long process and it is delayed. You will be required to develop a project, which takes time and energy. Later on, you will answer questions not only about the project but also some surprise questions.
