I applied online. A few weeks later, I received a rejection email without actually getting a phone screen or interview at all. The position is still open. They just threw out my resume and sent me an automated email.

Took me 4 weeks for the whole process. Had a phone call with the hiring manager, then with the team lead. Called for an onsite interview. Went through 6 rounds the whole day.
