Senior Performance Engineer Interview Experience - Burlington, Massachusetts
Process
I contacted the recruiter who I had spoken to previously regarding roles. Soon, I had a phone screen set up with an engineer. I passed that and was invited on-site for a half-day interview.
I met with five differing levels of interviewers who asked me about my experience, as well as technical questions.
The next step was to set up a Google Hangout interview with two other members of the team. After I completed that, they got back to me within a few days and made me an offer, which I accepted.
Overall, a very good experience with good follow-up by the recruiter.
