The interview process was standard.
There was a screening call with a recruiter, followed by a homework assignment where you had to code up a project.
After going through the whole interview process and taking time off work to attend the onsite interview, I never heard back from the company. I felt very confident that I did well in all interviews and was told to hold tight with their decision. I informed them I was interested, even though I had a pending job offer elsewhere, and they said they'd get back to me as soon as they made their decision. It has been over two months since then. I have not heard back, and I'm already working at a different company.
Rather than never reaching out to a candidate, Samsara should invest a little bit of time in reaching out to the people who have invested time to go through the interview process and give them their decision. I have a negative opinion of Samsara following this process, as I have never dealt with a company that did this. Highly disappointed.
