There was one screening round. After clearing that, there were three more rounds: Coding, System Design, and HM.
I cleared all rounds with complete code. However, at the end, the feedback was, "Not thinking from the user's perspective and not taking feedback provided by the interviewer." For each and every thing I wrote in the code, I explained why I was using it and asked if using it or doing it that way made sense.
The process was good, and HR provided timely feedback. However, the overall experience was, to say the least, bad.
I guess in India, they want engineers who might be incompetent but can believe what other senior engineers sitting outside India say.
