The recruiters were playing hide-and-seek with me for a couple of months, yes, literally! They would ask for the best time to chat about the opportunity. Once I provided them with a few time slots, they wouldn't respond for a couple of weeks. Out of the blue, they would respond, apologizing and asking for the best time to chat. The same cycle kept repeating for months.
Finally, I found someone who could refer me. Once the person referred me, I got an immediate rejection email. Such an amazing experience!
No wonder why their positions have been open for close to nine months...
They kept asking for my availability to chat about the company and position.
