The interview process was long, though. I wish they had cut me off as soon as they learned that I wasn't a fit.

Pros: Good salary, good benefits, and I generally enjoyed the people I work with.
Cons: Things changed quite a bit in the last couple of years. Growth appears to be at any cost, including eliminating many positions.
