Pros: I learned a tremendous amount and got hands-on experience across multiple tech stacks at Samsara, which accelerated my technical and product understanding.
Cons: There was a steep learning curve at first. Though it ultimately pushed me to adapt quickly and grow faster.

Cons: The process to claim certain benefits was hard to understand at times.
