Samsara services an industry that's robust and recession-proof. The platform they've built (that we help sell and implement) is extremely robust and well received. The combination makes this a quality place to work, and I feel stable in my role.
There's a lot of support from management, all of whom care about us personally. There's a lot of hands-on work as well as software/platform work, so it's a good mix.
All in all, I enjoy working here very much.
