Stop chasing the magical hockey stick. This is killing the company. Samsara used to be a great company. By the time I left, it was literally the worst place I have ever worked.
Your lower and some middle managers are terrible at their job. You must clean the house and empower your middle management to get rid of people who should not be there. They are only about 10-20%, but they are poisoning the environment for everybody else. Merit should be your only criterion.
