Pros: You earn good money as a freshman, and you have an option – get more money for investing private time. It may sound strange, but think about it. It is an option, and every option is good, since you do not have to take it.
Cons: Korean culture, Polish management is creating a small hell here. Everyone is trying to get into Koreans' lower parts.
No career at all. Quitting is the only option after 2-3 years in Samsung.
