1. Aptitude test - Approximately 30 minutes, conducted at their Noida Manufacturing Unit. It consisted of basic Maths, English, and Stats.
2. Those who cleared the test were sent to a hall for a 25-minute briefing session by the Technical Head, who explained the technical questions to be asked in the interview.
3. Technical Interview (20 minutes) - Electronics students were questioned about Mobile Development, while Mechanical Engineering students were asked about Refrigeration.
4. The selected candidates (roughly 10 out of 60) were sent for a final interview with the HR Manager.
5. Offer letters were issued with the joining date confirmed on the spot.
