Process
The process started with a LinkedIn message. After that, the CV was shared, and an initial call was planned by HR to discuss the situation.
The first technical interview lasted for almost 1.5 hours, and there were significant communication issues with Korean English.
After the first call and a few weeks, a video conference was planned, but it was not very aggressive. Then, after another two weeks, there was an interview with the VP, followed by the final selection.
