Cons: Heavy bureaucracy and politics. Human relationships are very hierarchical. It is difficult to engage in technical debate or conversation with seniors, especially executives. The majority of executives are pompous and arrogant for no reason, as they rarely make useful decisions. Many fragmented organizations are doing redundant stuff. Creative R&D is not encouraged, unlike the way the company portrays itself. It seems fast-paced, but ironically falls behind competitors. The human resource department is nagging and controlling.

Pros: I can get much money.

Cons: Work hard and don't have relax time.
