Pros: Has good work-life balance.

Cons: Compensation not high enough compared to peer companies.

Pros: Good opportunity to grow in the mobile domain.

Cons: Not a proper, employee-friendly company.

Pros: Good salary and benefits. North side Development project Onsite opportunity

Cons: Juniors do most of the work, and seniors take credit for it. Too much politics. No transparency of work, no management, and no one is there to take your complaints. You will be a slave to seniors. Seniors want people to leave the company as much as possible. Because all seniors have been in the company for a long time, all upper management has good bonding. They can fool the Korean management very easily. As all senior employees have good bonding, juniors or newly joined employees are kept in teams to give 4-5 ratings to maintain the bell curve. No policy to change groups; the only option is to change companies. So, if you have some misunderstanding with your boss, you will get a 4-5 rating, no matter how good a performer you are. You will always be in fear in the company; your mind will never be in a relaxed mood.
