Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Vancouver, British Columbia
Process
A very bad experience. I did not receive enough respect. The team leader took a nap during the interview. The senior developer, who appeared arrogant, asked outdated questions he likely found online. He interrupted me because he did not know my answer; he only knew his own. Finally, he asked me what the difference was between my answer and his.
Questions
outdated technical questions that the interviewer would never know himself if he did not prepare.
