Process
I applied through college or university. The entire process comprised of three rounds.
First, there was a coding round where we were given a question to solve in three hours. Students who passed all the test cases were shortlisted. This was followed by a technical and an HR round.

Very good higher management to work with.
Cons: The project gets scraped at any moment; you never know when the project's gonna end. You would end up dissatisfied that you haven't put any product into the market. Too much interference from HQ in Korea.
