Software Developer Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
The position was open in Seoul, South Korea. All interviewers and interviewees were Korean.
After taking an aptitude test, only those who passed were invited to two interviews. The interviewees were all in their final year at universities in the US.
Before the two interviews, we took a coding exam. One interview focused on personality, and the other assessed skills. In the first interview, questions were based on the candidate's resume.
