The first two rounds of interviews were technical interviews, and the last one was an HR interview.

Pros: Salary and bonuses are good, greater than most tech companies in Brazil.
Cons: Almost all development is done at HQ in South Korea, so little is left for other sites besides fixing text translation and doing some customization for carriers, leading to frustration for developers.
Most Koreans don't speak or write in English, so communication is a mess. A lot of documentation is in Korean.
