To be eligible for an interview, one must clear the SW Competency Test (Advanced level). The opportunity to proceed then depends on the number of people being hired.

There are two interviews:

1. Technical Interview: The interviewer asked about the basics of C, OOPs, OS, DBMS, and any other common technical interview topics.
2. HR Interview: The interviewer inquired about my strengths, weaknesses, why I wish to work for Samsung, any questions I had for them, and whether I had any gap years between studies, requesting an explanation if so.

Whether I had any gap year in between my studies and to explain the same.
