Pros: All technical teams are very supportive.
Most of the team leads are very much supportive.
You can learn a lot if you are willing to learn.
Cons: Don't trust HR people; they are cheaters.
They cheat all IITians in terms of salary.
All IITians are getting different salaries, and new IITians are getting nothing compared to old IITians.
They treat new IITians and ISM Dhanbad as tier 2 colleges.
Even tier 1, that means old IITians, are getting different packages.
