Pros: PLR, semi-flexible hours.

Cons: Archaic structure. State-of-the-art computers provided that seem like a cart to perform activities due to the number of programs to protect against possible information leaks. X-rays at the site exit. The employee feels like a criminal in the workplace. If you enter the site with unregistered electronic equipment, you'll hardly get in. Zero human value. They care about numbers. Several colleagues taking antidepressants, absurd and unnecessary pressure. Zero career plan. The technical knowledge I acquired there only serves to work there, it adds nothing to my career. Toxic environment. Zero meritocracy.

Pros: Nice company. Managers are nice. People help.

Cons: Salary Benefits Healthcare Work is tough sometimes.

Pros: I am given high revenues.

Cons: They didn't treat employees as persons.
