Big campus, young engineers, and you get a discount on Samsung products. House or housing fee is provided for foreign employees. Most of the systems are translated to English, so Korean is not required, but it will be better if you know some Korean. Will have some free time for self-development. A good career ladder. Trying to change the company to a global leader and become as hospitable as possible for foreigners.

Cons: Top to bottom approach. They don't listen to foreign engineers usually and are neglected. Most of the works are just bug fixing or unnecessary things. Not many challenging tasks. Not many things to learn unless you develop yourself. Seminars and development lectures are all in Korean. Most of the managers work to please their bosses and just to show off.

Pros: Good pay. Work is good if you find the right team.

Cons: Can be hectic at times.
