No growth, pathetic work environment for foreigners, knowledge hiding
Good money, bonus, etc. (only in Korea), job security.
They will make sure that they learn from you, but you don't learn from them. All meetings and documents are in Korean. Korean engineers are very good at hiding their intentions of making a fool of you. There is no team for you; it's only you and them. When a Korean engineer wants to know something from you, they know English; otherwise, they don't. Don't relocate to Korea if you are a good engineer.
Knowledge grows when you share, not when you contain it.
