Great pay. You can get the latest phones, laptops, and all the latest Samsung gadgets for work duties.
Management, long hours, and not really concerned about work-life balance. The biggest issue is that they will lay off employees for two months and then bring them back or not. These layoffs are bad, along with the high turnover rate here in the Plano offices. You also have to report to the office every day to work with people in different states. It's stupid.
Be kind to your employees. You're getting a bad rap, and you're a great company.
