The amount of security checks that happen doesn't even happen in airports.
No work from home. Flexibility is very less.
The basic thing is to trust the employees. High time changes are needed in a lot of company policies.

Lead Engineer
I was called by the recruiter. The initial screening was through a telephonic interview. It consisted of usual Java questions, a couple of questions on threads, data structures, etc. This was followed by a face-to-face onsite interview at Bangalore.
