- If you are in a team which has project owners in HQ, then there are pretty good chances that you can get to visit off-shore at least twice in a year.
- Pay and perks are sufficient for freshers.
It is slightly difficult to maintain work-life balance.
Advice to Management
Management is good, but there is a lot of scope for improvement.
