Benefits are good, but work-life balance is poor
It's good to work in a global company to get great benefits and a high salary. In terms of benefits, the company is very generous to employees. You learn management skills while working on a product.
Software is the weakest point in Samsung. Samsung Electronics are more of a follower in the software field, not a leader. They are busy catching up to new things done by Google, Apple, and other leading software companies. Moreover, you wouldn't get much life balance between working and personal life. They do things in very ineffective ways.
Management is okay. However, people in management positions still do not know the importance of software and the future trend of technology.
