Quick and to the point. A 30-minute phone screen was followed a few days later by a 2-hour on-site mixed technical and skills interview. After those 2 hours, there was a quick interview with HR. A few days later, I received the offer.

The first round consisted of usual questions about experience. The second round was much more technical, with questions almost all related to data structures. Unfortunately, the second round didn't go well. Overall, it was a very good experience.
