Low salary compared to IT companies.
Development environment is trash. Even though WSL2 is great and the PC is good enough, security programs really slow everything down.

The company visited our college for campus selections. First, they held a coding round. Those who cleared the coding round then proceeded to two technical interview rounds, followed by an HR round.
Round 1 - Coding Round (1 question, 3 hours) No use of STL. Round 2 - F2F Interview Questions about projects, OS, DS/Algo, and puzzles. Round 3 - HR Round (formality)
It was held in two rounds. The first was a technical round, and the second was a simple HR round where they asked, "Why should we hire you for this job?" Typically, HR questions are nothing too complicated.
