Workload and management is better.
According to me, no cons.
The hiring process was extensive. Candidates arrived with a mindset to hire everyone above a particular CGPA threshold. The interviews covered very general topics, and most people were able to answer 90% of the questions.
1 Coding round (Code was based on a BFS graph algorithm) 2 Technical interview rounds (Asked about recursion, operating systems, DBMS, and networking) 1 Human resource round
I had three interviews, but it was worth it. I gave presentations several times. People were really enthusiastic about their jobs. The questions were fair but not easy to answer. I should have prepared for the interviews more.
