Good perks, but the work was not of good quality
- Very good compensation
- Lot of cultural events
- Good cafeteria and canteen
- Poor work allotment.
- Lack of motivation from the leaders and providing good opportunities to excel vertically or horizontally.
Look for good graduates from neglected state government and private colleges. Cost can be cut. If quality work is provided, then only good compensation is justified.
