- Focus on learning and growing.
- Down-to-earth people always trying to help you out.
- Great managers who try to make you grow.
- Great projects and very capable people.
- Sometimes HQ's lack of organization heavily impacts some projects' growth/performance.
- There's some internal lack of organization in Tijuana as well.
- For the first 4 years, the salary is mediocre at best if you are not a junior developer or intern. (I could say that the salary is low even for a junior developer).
