Having a low salary is one of the biggest issues in the company.
Work-life balance depends on your manager. But in general, there are lots of jobs to get done.
The worst thing is changing the roadmap in the middle of the year.
Increase the salaries so developers won't go to other companies. Do something special for hard-working employees. Don't change the roadmap so often.
