Pros: Good people and good work.
Cool campus, food, gym, etc.
Competitive salaries.
Cons: Management is not that great. Direction keeps changing and deadlines keep getting missed. Employees who are affected by this. Not sure if this place will be the same in the future with WD integration.

Pros: SanDisk is a great place to work. You can find people with very good knowledge and you will get to learn from them a lot. If you are a university hire, you will go through very good trainings. From the 1st or 2nd month itself you will be put into a major project instead of wasting a lot of time in training.
Apart from work, there will be a lot of fun activities conducted in SanDisk which you will enjoy.
Cons: There is nothing I can find as of now!
