Pros: I enjoy working with my colleagues. I have maintained good career growth, probably because I have a great manager who has helped me set and monitor meaningful career goals. The cafe food is decent and has a full dietary variety, plus free oatmeal in the morning, and bagels, muffins, and fruit on Friday.

Cons: Schedules are aggressive. Questionable decision making from senior management, especially outside my department. Nervous with the WD sellout deal.
