Process

It was really a great talk. The manager interviewing me is quite nice and friendly. Most of the questions are those basic behavioral ones like "Tell me about yourself," or "Can you tell me one of the conflicts in your previous cooperation?" And also, he only asked about one of my projects related to his team.

Questions

Can you have a vision to see what you will be 10 years or 5 years after?

Pros: Good people to work with for the most part and good facilities. Good salary and decent benefits.

Cons: Too much turnover in Marketing teams has caused product roadmaps to be unrealistic. Too many sales people who do not contribute.

Pros: The layoff package was decent, but you had to have worked there over four years. That is about all I can say positively, and the fact that there is a 20-word minimum; sorry, can't think of anything else good to say.

Cons: Management needs training on how to deal with people, and if they get training, they need to stay awake during their courses. Managers play favorites way too much from my experiences. Some of management have horrible people skills. Maybe they're pressed too heavily from above, but that is caused by upper management's unrealistic expectations of their own abilities and from their own self-expressed mistakes in forecasting.
