College recruiting. I sent my resume to HR and was contacted the same day. The interview was arranged the next day at school.
I was asked some basic device fundamental questions, as well as some behavioral questions. The interview lasted about half an hour. I am still waiting for the results.

Pros: Benefits! I think SanDisk is a sinking ship.
Cons: Too many non-native Asian English-speaking engineers make it hard to communicate properly, and their cultural mindset is very different.
