Get an email from the HM asking for an interview. I was not really into this position, but I agreed to have a conversation.
Questions
No difficulty questions, but all are tech questions. Very basic semiconductor principle questions, like what is n-type Si, NP junction reverse operation, Fermi level.

Pros: Benefits! I think SanDisk is a sinking ship.
Cons: Too many non-native Asian English-speaking engineers make it hard to communicate properly, and their cultural mindset is very different.
