Pros: Fast-paced working environment with high growing potential.

Cons: No free shuttle, no commuter benefit.

Pros: There is very little competition between staff.

Cons: Absolutely no work life balance. Work without any plans. Managers are very irresponsible people who don't think about their staff.

Pros: Good visibility in the market. Name recognition from a mother-in-law to former co-workers. Good benefits.

Cons: Okay benefits. I don't see the company doing more than being competitive with other like companies. I wish management and executives seemed more in touch with the realities of the masses and everyday life.
