I got a call from a consultancy.
- First Round: Telephonic. Simple questions based on C and Kernel.
- Second, Third, and Fourth Round: Onsite Manager Round. Mostly questions on projects.
- Fifth and Sixth Round: Face-to-face Round.
HR said they would call, but they did not respond.
Worst ever experience.

Pros: Throughout this guide, the term “stock-based compensation” refers to all forms of employee compensation that fall within the scope of ASC 718.
Cons: Under ASC 718, companies that award their employees stock-based compensation will recognize the fair value of those awards in their financial statements, generally beginning on the date the awards are granted.

Pros: Good visibility in the market. Name recognition from a mother-in-law to former co-workers. Good benefits.
Cons: Okay benefits. I don't see the company doing more than being competitive with other like companies. I wish management and executives seemed more in touch with the realities of the masses and everyday life.
