SAP Work Experiences

My Experience Working There

Agile Developer Intern • Former Employee

Pros: I had great mentoring. The team pushed me to challenge myself and really focus on my personal growth regarding my technical interests. Additionally, I was always able to ask for more work if I felt like I didn't have much on my plate. Perks were awesome and the team dynamics were great. I was exposed to company politics and gained great experience in managing that. There are also a lot of opportunities to build community and get involved outside of work.

Cons: In my particular experience, you need to have the initiative to get involved in cool projects. Don't be afraid to ask for more work or to show your interest in a particular project!

Pros: SAP had a great environment with supportive people and managers. The provided mentorship program I enjoyed and learned a lot about. Also, there were a lot of opportunities to learn and get hands-on experience with their technologies and improve my software engineering knowledge.

Cons: Some technologies are internal and might take more time to learn. If you encounter a problem, finding the solution might be more challenging compared to other open-source and public technologies.
